People turn their nose up when we talk decaf. We get it! Coffee lovers take pride in being fully caffeinated.

But there are times when you may just want that warm cup, but without the extra buzz. The problem is decaf has a bad rap! It rarely tastes good and no one promotes it.
WELL LET’S CHANGE THAT NOW…. LET US BRAG ON OUR DECAF!
You may have heard a bit about our Honduras Coffee, from Finca El Conejo…. Well the same #DirectRelationship team De La Finca Coffee brings us this stunning decaf. Notes From the Team PRODUCER MARCALA COLLECTIVE LOT This is an experimental decaf we recently started bringing to the States and are very excited to share with you all.
We sourced this honey process coffee from a collective of small producers we know in the Marcala region of Honduras. We then sent it to Descamex in Mexico where they decaffeinated the coffee with pure water from Pico de Orizaba using a water saturation process that removes caffeine without the use of chemicals. We (Enderly) then craft roast it with the same love and attention as we do all of our beans, because we love you and you deserve a great decaf (if you wish).





Honestly, I’ve always been skeptical about decaf coffee, it usually tastes flat or a bit off. But this post actually got me curious! If it’s coming from the same team that sources your Honduras Finca El Conejo, I’m willing to give it a try. Love the idea of a decaf that still has real flavor and character. Can’t wait to taste it for myself!
